The staff were so nice, the hotel was sold out but continued to maintain the nicest best attitude! They recommended a good restaurant and things to do while we were in the area. Buy your dollywood tickets here to save money!! I hate we didn't. The location and river view with all the ducks, geese and birds were great to feed them with the kids. close to dollywood. Breakfast was ok, people staying in this place are rude and don't understand to take one and keep going. There's not enough seating for breakfast and always a line waiting but we got what we needed and moved on. We will add this place to our list and be back! Thanks!

My husband and I stayed for our Anniversary. We were supposed to check in on a Wednesday but due to unforeseen circumstances had to check in on Monday . I called and they were able to get us in for the two extra nights . We stayed in a King room riverside. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Perfect size for us .
We were surprised at the choices for breakfast and the staff were continuously making sure everything was full. They have a decent size dining room and also have tables outside and by the pool area if needed .
The riverwalk is beautiful and we loved seeing the ducks and geese daily . The firepit is also a great area to sit an unwind from a busy day in Pigeon Forge .
Hotel is located in a great location and in walking distance to great hotels, shops and attractions. We are looking forward to staying here again next time we visit Pigeon Forge .
