I booked this resort but I didn’t know they had a “ villa” type of home. They have the towers(which is on the beach) and they have the villas, separately. Let me start off by saying I HAD the worst front desk experience ever. Apparently, I had booked a villa type of condo and well, I didn’t get much info out of it. I had no clue where to go and where the villas was at! The front desk lady never told me where to go so I just thought I was going to the “tower buildings”.
You know most hotels and resorts front desk would always direct you where to go, where the elevators are, they would actually make you feel welcomed. Well, that did not happen to me. They just checked me in and gave me my stuff and that was it .
I was lost trying to find my “room” . Spent about 20 mins trying to figure it out. I had to ask 2 people on how to get to my place, Which was frustrating !! Eventually, I found it. it was ACROSS from the actual resort. Behind a shopping plaza!!!
That was my only disappointment with this resort ! Needs better front desk services ! Make sure you guys ask questions before you leave so you won’t get lost.
My villa was spacious. Needs to be a bit more up to date with the furnitures.
Bathroom and kitchen was decent. There’s a couple of small pools around the villa (I didn’t go to) not sure how clean it is.
If you want the big pool( showed on their website)
you’ll have to either walk or drive to the resort towers area. About 5-10min walk
This coming up Labor Day will be our 3rd year in a row staying here. We absolutely love this resort. We always stay on the Golf Villa side but this time we are staying on the beach. We love the pool area and the kids area.
