Reviews

Average at best

by earlschieb

Was there in October, booked a handicapped room, pictures show the room has a non tub, shower, since it was handicapped, nope, it had a tiny hard to get in to tub. Room 826. The hotel said it was remodeled, recently, this room sure didn't look like it. The wifi was horrible, and non existant most of the time. Parking was horrible. Won't be back.

Some very good and very bad

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. Best location there is, within walking distance to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. Great friendly staff, best rewards program ever. Now the bad-worst elevators in history and the only thing worse is the parking situation. Extremely small and limited spaces. Average but dated room with comfortable beds. We will probably continue to stay here as the goods still out way the bass.
