I was not happy with this visit. The comforter had blood stains on it. The room was cold and adjusting the temperature did not help. The water in the shower was warm(almost cold). I did not feel the desk staff and general manager really cared about my concerns.

Disappointing

I am a Diamond with Hilton. I have stayed in Hilton properties nationwide. The hotel tall short of the quality that I have experienced. And that is a shame. It is located in a great place in Montgomery. The next time I’m in Zmontgomery, I’m choosing another hotel.
