Good place to stay for five to six guests. The place was clean and conveniently located to plenty of local attractions and restaurants to please your taste buds. This place is a good value for the amenities. Will stay here again.

So we checked in on 27/11 and went to our room 330. Once in we noticed the carpet was soaking wet outside the bathroom door. We informed reception several times and finally on 30/11 they put a huge blower in the room to dry the carpet and fixed a leak in the bathroom wall. The blower stayed there for several days in the middle of the floor which wasn’t ideal but I did dry the carpet while also leaving a musty damp smell in the room. Then the ceiling in the bathroom started to leak leaving a rather large puddle on the bathroom floor. This was also reported to reception and again nothing was done , being English we just mopped it up with towels and got on with it. By the time we were leaving on 3/11 the puddle reported twice was that large we could not use the toilet without getting soaked. Also during our stay our son used the pools and jacuzzi and to my horror his good swim shorts (Tommy Hilfigger) lost almost all their colour this was also reported to reception with them showing no interest what so ever. On the last night of our stay we went to reception once again and finally after a week we were offered a different room ?? The night we were leaving! Jose came to the room and was brilliant he couldn’t apologise enough for what we had to deal with unfortunately for us his help was too late but he did reimburse us for my sons ruined swim shorts and offered a small compensation as we had already paid for our room up front.
We have stayed In many Hilton hotels while in Florida and have always had the best of service with excellent rooms unfortunately this was not the cause at this hotel.
