Great Staff

by Dennis_D64

I was traveling to Indianapolis for business. I travel all around the US and Europe for my company. This hotel has some rockstar people on there staff. Alway willing to help and make you feel at home. I had a small issue when I right after I checked in and Itiezza Sheppard from the front desk took care of it and no more problems. Montrea Kite is great in the restaurant always friendly and helpful. Dana was great at checkout. I also would like to give a call out to the bartender he’s a little dry but after getting used to him he’s a really good guy. You can have the nicest hotel but it’s the staff that makes people come back and there is a Goldmine at this hotel.

Nice enough for a short stay

by Andrea S

First, I need a shoutout to Debbie at the front desk. I arrived quite early from a redeye and was told check in was at 4. I had to leave at 5 for a meeting. I did not have a car. She found a room that was already checked out and got housekeeping on it for me. Within 30 min. she gave a call that it was ready. I really appreciated that. Mindy was very pleasant in the bar. This location has very little around so I was sorry I did not rent a car. It was close to where I had my meeting. It was quite busy but otherwise clean with nice staff. Unfortunately the restaurant does not open until 5, nor does the bar so know there is not much around for food or drinks.
