We weren't guests at this hotel, but called into the lounge bar for a late night coffee and were very pleasantly surprised. It's a stunning reception and lounge area, and very clean and comfortable, with elegantly-mannered staff who treated us beautifully, throughout. We simply ordered two coffees which came with sugar water, sugar stirrers, honey, and tiny cakes. The coffee was good and the bill very reasonable. We'll definitely go again and I will happily recommend it.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms, the restaurant, the pool.
The service was also 5 stars.
I’ve paid an inexpensive room since the hotel was full booked, but still was one of the best in Lisbon. The view was amazing.
I totally recommend this hotel.
