We (my husband and I ) just returned from a 3 night stay. We selected the Urban Suite after viewing all the pictures/room categories. It was perfect for us. Having a separate bedroom is great for us....some of us like to catch a quick power nap before dinner!! We prepared small bkfasts in the room, ate out at lunch, and purchased some great food to heat up for dinner.....I'm too tired and back aches too much to go sit in a restaurant for dinner at the end of a long day!
The Urban Suite allowed us to relax, enjoy our food, a glass of wine, and really put our feet up and enjoy the beautiful fall colors/gorgeous view from our HUGE! balcony (we were on the back of the bldg - not facing the parking lot)
The Suite - gorgeous ! Loved the design and detail/decor....smartly done. Furniture comfortable, mattress excellent (I loved it!) many of the lighting fixtures are on dimmer switches (particularly love the recessed lighting over the bed) huge bathroom.... I could go on but suffice to say we loved it. And so nice to do our laundry right in the suite and come home with a suitcase of clean clothes! The kitchen only has the basics but you'll manage.....when travelling and planning on prepping a few light meals I always take our own bread knife, and a few other little things I'm fussy about....but pots/frying pans were good - and they had a strainer for pasta!
Wifi : We had no issues except for one raining evening....either the weather or maybe demand slowed it down....but the rest of the time it worked fine.
Food for dinner should you choose to eat in: go find an italian shop called Buon Gusto on the main road in Magog --- doesn't face the main street - it's tucked in the end of the bldg..... their food is excellent.....they have frozen and fresh to choose from....delicious!! and not expensive. I left a card with their menu list in our room.....the hotel should have Buon Gusto's menu cards in the rooms that have kitchens! I stumbled on it on a google search and glad I did.
Had a quick swim and used the hot tub.....I can see why some people think it's too small.....as the hotel really caters to families or groups it doesn't take many to fill the pool area.
Too bad we aren't skiers --- We would be back for sure. If you go mid Sept to mid Oct you have to visit Mt Orford for the view/fall foliage!
In closing, my husband and I are retired and like to go off on short holidays now and again.....always look for a hotel room with a kitchen or kitchenette....always pack some basics from home (like our favorite coffee mugs)....the little bit of extra planning and packing makes for a wonderful holiday, but Espace 4 Saisons is one of best accommodations we have stayed in.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel - it is located at the base of Mount Orford and the fall colours were spectacular. The hotel has a very modern feel to it and the decor is unique and interesting. We enjoyed the amenities at the hotel including the roof top open are patio, the exterior lounge on our floor (overlooking the mountain), as well as a lounge on our floor with comfortable seating and a fireplace. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. We didn't use the beautiful indoor / outdoor pool or exercise room but they look great.
We ate at the Burger pub, outdoors, with heaters on and blankets available for patrons. This was a pleasant experience.
There were a few housekeeping / maintenance that were relatively minor but surprising for a hotel in this price range (e.g. ripped upholstery on the chair in our room, chipped paint on the hallway doors). We found the TV difficult to use - it was difficult to navigate through the channels to find something interesting to watch on TV.
We were pleased to receive a followup email from hotel management inviting us to review on Trip Advisor or email directly to the hotel.

The Art of Smart Timing
For families planning to visit Quebec high season is from mid-June to early October. In high season you can expect warmer weather as well as an increase in hotel rates and rental prices. If you are looking to come in winter to experience the slopes and snow-clad landscape, you will see a significant drop in prices with low/mid season from early January through mid-June.
Situated just outside of Magog in Quebec's Eastern Townships, Espace 4 Saisons is approximately 40 minutes north of Vermont and about an hour and a half east of Montreal.
If you're planning to fly, the Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is the closest to the hotel. Since this flight will be an international flight be sure to have all of your necessary documents and passports handy when traveling with your family.
If traveling by car best suits you, Quebec is bordered by several U.S. states and is approximately 40 minutes from the Vermont border, four and a half hours from Boston and seven hours from New York. Quebec is also a few hours from major cities such as Ottawa or Toronto.
If you're traveling from the U.S., you'll have to cross over the Canada/U.S. land border, so be sure to bring your passports. Standard waiting time ranges from 10 to 20 minutes.
Families can take a shuttle to the downtown Montreal area, but we would advise getting a rental car to make your trip east. A number of car rental companies have offices at the airport making it easy for you to get a rental.
