Water pressure in the shower was quite low, preventing us to take a good shower and to properly ajuste the water temperature, we either had to choose between a cold or a hot water. When the issue was raised to the front desk, we were informed that the maintenance guy would not be on the property, that day!
One lack of luck in our experience? Unfortunately not! When we went to the grab & go breakfast, them main offered meal (muffins) had already ran out and would not be refilled for that day, although that was solely 8:00 am. Hotel was waiting for delivery, but did not know when that would occur. Should be really difficult to plan for a basic item item like this not to run out!

Terrible staff and service I stayed in this place for 3 nights and on the fourth booking I was turned away because the debit card i paid with was not excepted by the manager but I used the same card all 3 nights previous and was never told by any other front desk clerk it was not excepted and they all took the card and looked at it with no problems but on this booking I had a snotnosed kid tell me my card was not allowed after I already paid for my room and he completely dismissed me and I had no other card to offer and I was forced to find another room at 11pm so in my opinion this place sucks if that's how they allow their staff to do their customers.
