The lady in the front desk was rude and unhelpful. The room smells like smoke. I would not stay here again.

The elevator was broken, I had to take my bags to the third floor only to notice that the keys I was given didnt work on my room's door. I had to bring all my stuff down the stairs to get the keys reprogrammed. I asked the lady in the front desk for a room on the first or second floor, she said they didnt have my same room type available and would have to charge me extra. I had to bring my bags up to the third floor again.

Literally disgusting. There was gum stuck to the top of my shower, backsplash was filthy, headboard had some questionable stains. The hallway stunk of weed & the linens smelled. Not worth the kitchenette- you had to ask for dishes and coffee maker. I hated touching anything in this room.
