When we checked in the key system was down so the whole weekend we didn't have a way to get into our room. The lady at the front desk advised us to just leave our door open when we weren't in there. WHICH I WOULDL NEVER DO EVEN IF I WAS IN THE HOTEL!!! The first room we were in there was a pair of mens boxers laying on the bathroom floor and the shower didn't work. So they "upgraded" us to a suite but the room didn't have any heat or air conditioning and the couch didn't have any cushions on it. Then at breakfast they only have waffles as they were out of everything else and the drink machine was down so we nothing to drink for breakfast.

DON'T BOOK HERE! It's been closed but they are still taking reservations!

I booked and prepaid through Southwest to get points. When I walked in the lobby, the woman told me that they had a fire and they are closed! I was obviously very confused. I assumed the fire was today or yesterday since they just took my booking 3 days ago. Nope, the fire was several weeks ago. RIP OFF! She claimed they made calls but of course, she was lying. How unprofessional for a well known hotel chain.
