Good Location

Clean, simple hotel in a good location. Near West Acres Mall and local roadways. A short walk to Roger Maris Museum @ the mall. Staff is efficient and courteous. Terrific breakfast available. Rooms are nicely spacious as well.

The check-in and breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive! The room was adequate but could have been cleaned a bit better. There was dirt and some hair in the corners of the bathroom. When we were on our way to our room I found it interesting that one of the cleaning staff was absorbed in a phone conversation while doing her job. She had the phone tucked under her head garment so she at least had her hands free. Maybe that's okay with company policy but I think if I was the manager I would have a no cell phone rule while on the job. In the morning when we went to leave there was a member of the cleaning staff with a very large cart. I'm certain she knew we were going to use the elevator and just before we got there she pushed her cart into the elevator making it so we had to wait for it. Not good customer service,
