Personal items thrown away

by issangare

I left some food (fruits, cookies, water bottle) in a big paper bag on the TV desk when I left for work. Upon return, I could not find it and called the front desk. The lady told me that housekeeping threw it away and in her tone, she apparently did not feel sorry about it. I guess I will have to book a room in the Hilton hotels down the road next time I come to Montgomery.

Hit my pet peeve

by crackofdawn

Dang it...wish it weren’t so because I like the hotel.....but hate the on/off cycling air conditioner. The old, through the wall, fan only runs when heating or cooling. On off, on off all night long. If only there was a switch to leave the fan running. Road noise, too was unpleasant. Will likely not return because of the pet peeve being poked.
