Located just 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks, this Fairfield Inn & Suites is perfectly geared towards families in town to maximize their theme park vacation. A Marriott property, the hotel offers a wide range of suites and rooms, including family rooms with a king bed and a separate sleeping area for kids, complete with those bunk beds they love. All the extra space and rooms with their own TVs mean you can shut certain family members in their own little worlds in the room while keeping some peace in your space. The hotel’s outdoor pool is a good place for a refreshing dip at day’s end, and there’s a game room, too, to keep your pre-teens happy.

The property is conveniently located near several shopping areas, within walking distance, as well as several restaurants and cultural attractions. Pets are welcome here, and there are spots to exercise them nearby. Other amenities you’ll appreciate include a free buffet breakfast served each morning and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Best Stay Ever

by Inspire710028

Michael at the front desk handled my reservation like a true pro. Customer satisfaction was his top priority. That is rare these days. Fairfield Inn knocked it out of the park! I will stay here anytime I am in the area. Great breakfast. Clean hotel. Made my vacation perfect knowing I had a great place to stay. Nice area. Lots of restaurants, drug store, etc.. 5 star all the way!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend.

Some ups, a few downs

We arrived in town several hours ahead of the posted check in time. They couldn't give us the room we had reserved online, but accommodated us as best they could, allowing us to move on with our plans for the day. The Fairfield was clean, but when we got to our room it smelled strongly of some sort of cleaning solution. The room was a bit worn, but serviceable for the few days we stayed.

There were quite a number of restaurant options and a gas station that made things very convenient. The breakfast buffet was also a nice benefit to start the day. Options included eggs, sausage, Mickey waffles, cereal, and fruit. Nothing fancy, but a real plus to help get the day started.

We used the free shuttle service (shared by several hotels) to Disney one day. Pickup was easy and the ride was probably less then 30 minutes. Certainly saved on parking fees and it was nice to have someone else do the driving. Unfortunately, going back to the hotel was not a good experience. It rained at the end of the night, and the shuttle was a good ten to fifteen minutes late, based on the time we had been given. Met a family who had been using the service all week and the mom said that was typical. Wouldn't have been terrible if we weren't standing in a steady rain while waiting for a delayed shuttle.

For the money that we paid, it was a decent deal. A bit of a mixed bag, but I would at least consider the Fairfield if I was traveling to Orlando again in the future.
