Very nice Fairfield Inn. Modern and clean. The Night auditor on the evening of Oct 10-11 was extremly nice helping me with a very late arrival after a terrbile flight experience. The rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly. The only issue was our room was a bit far from the lobby for my mom who has a hard time walking, but that was my fault, I never mentioned i needed something closer. The shuttle bus drive also had to leave early on Friday so we had no ride from the train station, The manager offered to pick us up but we decided to take Uber instead. Overall a great place to stay. The people who work there are wonderful!

Everything was perfect really. Our room and all general areas were clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Special shout out to Sarah in the breakfast room...she really stayed on top of things...refilling, cleaning up...all while being friendly and personable with guests. Love that the hotel is connected to Bonefish grill (who provides room service) and that Paramus Park Mall is just across the parking lot, in walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay at this location again. Good job everyone!
