Driving from southern California north can be mind-numbingly boring. By the time you get to Redding, you are really ready for a break. The Fairfield provides a clean and comfortable room, a good breakfast and a friendly staff. We were immediately greeted as Titanium Rewards members and giving items from the selection in their little store. The rooms was quiet, the bed and pillows comfortable and the bathroom very clean and roomy. Thankfully, the scenery north of Redding got beautiful. But the nice room and good night's slep certainly helped.

Stopped here late at night during a long road trip so didn't use all the hotel facilities. The room was large with a big comfortable bed. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
