The room was large, clean and modern and most importantly very cozy, which made me very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this brand and hotel to anyone, I was very pleased with my accommodations!
The Fairmont Olympic Hotel met or exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was gracious, especially the bell staff/valet.
Our room/suite had a separate sliding door between the bed (with awesome built-in reading lights!) and the living room/work area. This was a great set-up, with a TV in each area for separate tastes in viewing!
The bathroom was a large area, with ample counter space and variable lighting (much appreciated!).
Since this was a combined work/pleasure trip, the wi-fi was very important. There were no issues connecting 2 devices, and the speed was fine for basic e-mail and connectivity.
The breakfast buffet (paid/extra) offered a decent selection and elegant decor. The Shuckers bar/restaurant had tasty food as well. The cafe/coffee bar was a pleasant area, too (although we usually opted to do in-room coffee or the coffee in the fitness area).
The fitness area and pool were well-appointed and well-staffed. Although the indoor pool is small, it is fine for children and leisurely adults.
Overall we couldn't have asked for a better stay!
