Great Experience

by ladyjaneattack

I went with my Mom, My partner and my beloved Hound Dog! We had a great time. The room was nice and very close to the ocean. The store where you check in had lots of little things that we ended up needing. Nice wine and cheese selection! I'd go again for sure!

Great room & scenery, bad bed

by Bailey1999

We were in the Bald Eagle room-- very spacious, lovely. The fireplace and the balcony overlooking the ocean were very nice. There is a walking trail right out back that is a nice place to explore. The bed was awful-- worn springs, way too soft. I woke up with back issues every morning. I told the front desk & they said they are working on getting new mattresses for all the rooms, so hopefully this point will be moot in the future. The breakfast is basic, although the blueberry scones were scrumptious. If you happen to be a smoker, note that this truly is a non-smoking property with no designated smoking area. They tell you to go across the walking trail to smoke, which is fine during the day but at night not so much because the grounds are not lit very well.
