Stay away with a ten foot pole..... of a longer pole is available use that

This hotel has completely changed the trust i used to have in Sheraton (now Marriott) brands for close to $200 a night plus taxes one does expect a decent hotel and not what ended up feeling like a low grade motel. i booked for 3 nights to stay in the area but moved out after one night. the room smelt musty, very loud traffic noise from the freeway, even though my room faced away, the in room safe was completely busted and the bathroom was aweful with most of the metal seemingly rusted but what felt like it had some droppings on all the metal rods (including where one would supposedly want to hang towels)

all in all a terrible experience, which has me completely re thinking the trust i place in a new Marriott / Sheraton hotel the next time i book.

Really poor standard

Just got back from a 3 night stay in Houston using this hotel. Had I been there any longer I would definitely moved to another option. The hotel itself is very close to the freeway and traffic noise is constant. The room I had was in desperate need of decorating and, in my view, shouldn’t be offered. The air con in the room sounded like a truck that revved it’s engine loudly once every few minutes. The breakfast options are very limited.
On a positive note the lobby area and bar are quite nice, the hotel is in a great spot for local attractions.
Wouldn’t recommend.
