The hotel prides itself on recently becoming a smoke-free establishment with their most recent renovations. Sungrass Cafe is a casual American-Italian restaurant open for all meals and into the evening. The beach frames the hotel’s property, which also features an outdoor, heated pool.

Disappointing

Tired old hotel, our room (a mini suite) was very spartan, the deck was dirty with paint peeling on the windows and the ocean view was non existent. The restaurant was ok but terribly overpriced and they actually charged me $50 for a late checkout. Definitely NOT up to standard!

Would have checked out

This hotel is run down. The lobby is nice, but the room... Not so much. If we weren't here just for one night, we would have checked out. The restaurant is limited and I mean Limited! The pool is fair, and why are people allowed to smoke at the pool? The beach and boardwalk very nice. The fake wood grain on the doors are worn, carpet is worn and stained, door to terrace... Really? Terrace has no privacy..

Marriott... Get your act together and redo this place!
