Connie Lucero

Room appeared to be clean but that was the last time that happened. We were not offered maid service, even when we asked. Very disappointed with the establishment. We will not visit this place again. We came to this area for a celebration for my husband’s birthday. The main thing we will remember is the poor quality of this hotel.

A Shameful Hotel that is Dirty

by reynoldbryan

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it needs a major renovation. There is dirt and stains throughout this hotel and the rooms are not very clean. The white linens are grey and the room has dust throughout. The housekeeping staff was intrusive and knocked on the door at 8:00 a.m. to clean the room. Who does that on a weekend? The front desk staff were OK and greeted you every time you came into the building but I do not know about security for this hotel. The thing you immediately notice is the stains on the carpeting, the holes in the walls, the lack of deep cleaning in the hotel rooms and also the overall feeling that the quality for this hotel is suffering. The price of the hotel is still overpriced for such a poor product. Our friends who stayed at this hotel for about 5 nights warned us that this hotel was dump and just a place to sleep. We warned them not to eat breakfast at this hotel and after one couple got sick they finally listened to our advice. This is one of those hotels that you stay in when there is absolutely no other option or you want to experience "slumming" for a night or two. Just beacuse a family has a limited budget they should not have to be provided with such a shameful product or experience.
