The Frying Pan River Lodge is located in Basalt, Colorado at the confluence of the Roaring Fork and Frying Pan Rivers which are both gold medal river, very popular with anglers and families of anglers. The hotel is situated on the corner of Riverside Drive and Midland Avenue right across the road from the Frying Pan Anglers Fly Shop. Cabins range in size and offerings for families, but some can sleep up to six people and have multiple bedrooms. There are riverside units that can accommodate two people. There is a house to rent with a full size kitchen. However, it’s the river that draws most of the clientele because one of the biggest bonuses of this Lodge is the 100 yards of private river access. From novice to expert, everyone will enjoy this stretch of incredible and famous Colorado water.

Cabin number 6 has a porch overlooking the river. My son fished for hours without leaving the property. He was so pleased with the place. It is a huge cabin, clean and nicely decorated. The river was very swift so it might not be a good place for small children but if you love fishing a great place
Fishing vacation. Wanted clean, modern, updated and comfortable room after a day on the river. The Frying Pan River fit the requirements perfectly! Also, if you stay there you get a discounted room rate if you book a fly fishing guide trip through Frying Pan Anglers.
