Review of Gatlinburg Inn

by roadtripbabe35

Our stay at Gatlinburg Inn was exceptional. Employees are extremely courteous and helpful. Security is evident at all hours. They have two indoor fireplaces and one outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs out front if you are interested in people watching as it is conveniently located on the main strip next to the chair lift. The hot breakfast is cooked every morning with a different menu each day. There’s cookies, donuts and coffee/hot cider available all day. There are multiple sitting areas to enjoy with books available to read by the fire. The windows in the breakfast area overlook riders going up and down the sky lift. It is well known for movie stars that have stayed there with photos on the wall and it’s the oldest in Gatlinburg built in the 30s. The bathroom we had was upgraded with tile and rain shower head and the rooms were extremely clean. Cleaning service every day with replacement of anything needed. We had a balcony with rocking chairs that overlooked the town and view of Mt. Leconte. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Once you check in there’s no need to drive anywhere. Everything you need is either located in the Inn or nearby. The room we stayed in was 371.

We love the charm and quaintness of this inn so much that we always stay here. This time we were on the 3rd floor in a larger room. The music from the Mystery Mansion was a little loud Late at night but earplugs can solve that! The breakfast, afternoon snacks, several siting areas to socialize, the location, the cleanliness, and Bunny make us keep coming back!
