Overview

If you’re a family that enjoys being independent–cooking for yourselves rather than going out every meal, doing your own laundry, having control over the air conditioning and heat, being able to do research from your room–the Gozsdu Court Aparthotel will serve you well. Each apartment comes with a modern kitchen equipped with cooking tools and appliances, a washing machine, adjustable temperature control, and free Wi-Fi.

The apartments accommodate most family sizes: a two-bedroom can sleep six, and a three-bedroom fits seven. They have lounge areas and entertainment devices, and optionally come with breakfast for an extra charge–in short, there’s just about everything a family needs to be happy and comfortable.

An onsite spa includes a pool, gym, Jacuzzi, saunas, and beauty treatments. However, note that on weekdays the facilities are only accessible by adults (over 16) who have a daily pass or spa-access package. On weekends, children are welcome.

False advertising

by Marija M

This hotel is not hotel at all. There are several buildings scattered around the court and once lived-in apartments are turned into ‘hotel suits’. Apartments are relatively clean but furnishing resembles communism era. However, the biggest disappointment was false advertising of hotel pool/spa area. The pool/spa is not even the part of the hotel, it is located in a nearby building and it is a regular gym, which partnered with the hotel and it can be used for a certain fee, meaning it is not included in the hotel price. There were several people checking in at the same time as me, and everyone’s first question was ‘where is the spa’ because it is so heavily advertised on websites related to the hotel. The hotel staff was obviously embarrassed as they explained to people that they have to go to another building and pay money to use the regular gym along with others who actually live around there. Location of the hotel is good but there are much nicer hotels around that I would have rather stayed if I had known that there is no fitness area as advertised. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Nice convenient apartment

by wwc345

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with living room sofa bed easily accommodated 5. Even had kitchen and washing machine. Located in a nice bustling courtyard with restaurants and a flea market on weekends. Convenient to metro and buses. Walkable, although long walk, to Parliament and other major sights on the Pest side. Ample breakfast in a cozy room. While not the most luxurious or absolute cleanest, would stay again because of all the conveniences and value.
