We came here two years ago, and returned hoping for a similar experience. We were so let down, even my 8 year old that chose it for her birthday said it sucked. You get nickel and dimed and you don’t get good service or good facilities in return. Our check in was screwed up, we got a text alert that our room was ready, and we went to a dirty room. When we returned to the front desk, the front desk manager ignored us and talked about us to the customer service rep like we weren’t standing right there. Our room was dingy and dirty and the carpet was stained and slimy. We got pizza and it was terrible cardboard pizza. 10 oz drink Cups are $2.50 for a one-time fill with a chip on the bottom. We tried to trick or treat (see pic) and it was a total bust. There were only 5 stations and each child got a tiny sticker and ONE piece of candy...so “howl o ween” is actually 5 stickers and 5 tootsie rolls. My kids hated it. Good luck finding a working ice machine that isn’t broken or moldy. The slides are understaffed, with one kid running the four big slides by themselves at a time, leading to 30 minute waits for each slide. BUT they had three kids manning the towel check in station. GWL has become greedy and inattentive and disgusting.

Had a great time here in Cincinnati. We've been planning the trip for a long time, and just kept checking the website until they offered a really good deal. Rooms are clean and spacious. Waterpark is nice. Sometimes the wait times for the big water slides are long. Food is decent.
