Owned by Bluegreen Corporation, The Hammocks at Marathon provides studios and one- and two-bedroom villas. Studios include mini refrigerators, while villas have full kitchens. All units have balconies or porches, DVD players, coffeemakers, hairdryers and irons and ironing boards.

Amenities abound at this resort, set amongst tropical foliage and lush landscape. Families enjoy an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, tiki bar, barbecue grills, kayaks and canoes and opportunities for biking, jet skiing, wave running and boating (with a limited number of boat slips available). For your convenience, the property also offers laundry facilities on each floor, and free Wi-Fi access.

Explore the Keys

Great position mid-Keys. Good restaurants within walking distance (we English don't see the need to drive everywhere), plus an onsite Tiki Bar for good food and live music. Lots to do in the surrounding area and easy drive to both the top and the bottom of the Keys.

Don’t Bother

RCI guests are not allowed the good suites with a view, which are reserved for Blue Green guests, especially with a vacation sampler, which we had years ago. Tiki bar new ownership has brought watery mixed drinks, and no bottled beer, only some canned off brand offerings.
