The kids can take a dip and swim, while the adults can relax and unwind on the surrounding pool deck chairs. Solid Example of the Hampton Brand

by Xanthorpe

I spent two nights recently (Oct 2019) at this property and was very satisfied. Cost, location, staff, etc. were all great for the area. It was convenient to a conference at a much more expensive venue and made things a lot easier on my expense budget. Super-convenient to the Metro and although I didn't get to explore Old Town, this property is right in the heart of things.

Great location to visit DC

Stayed here to participate in the Marine Corps Marathon. The King Street Metro station is very close and convenient to get to the event. Since this station is close to the end of the Blue and Yellow lines, the trains are mostly empty in either direction and so makes the journey comfortable. The free tram that runs on King Street gives access to great restaurants and establishments on its route down to the waterfront. DCA Airport (Reagan National) is just 3 stops away on the Metro. Room/amenities are nice and so is the staff. A decent choice of breakfast items.
