They need to change their website to indicate there is NO hot tub. I picked this hotel because we love the DTC area, but not all Hilton's have hot tubs. The Hampton website indicated there was one.

Also, they need additional staff on weekends for breakfast. Several of the breakfast items were empty while I was there and were not replaced in the 40 minutes I was eating breakfast.

And finally, Hampton needs to retrain their staff on providing Hilton Honors benefits when checking in. The past 3 Hampton's I have stayed at (including this one) have not even acknowledged I was a Gold member.

We came in for our first Broncos football game, the front desk people were always so helpful and friendly when we asked questions after questions. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. It was absolutely an amazing stay, the hotel is located in a calmer area, so we didn't experience much traffic. There's also so great food restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. We will be staying at this hotel the next time we come up.
