The staff was not friendly from the moment we checked-in as the person rolled their eyes and almost seemed bothered when we arrived in the evening. Don’t have a social gathering in the lobby by the tv without getting yelled at that we were too loud because she was on the phone. Ooh, and god forbid that your teenage children roams the hallways...be prepared to be told that you are horrible parents.

My wife and me stayed overnight with with my elderly parents in separate rooms . Check in, check out was fast and convenient. Rooms were up to the great Hampton standard that I have come to expect. Great location.
shuttle bus was very convenient. In returning the rental car the night before our flight they even picked us up at the Avis lot instead of requiring us to go back to terminal. We also had to catch an early flight the next morning the bus was great again with a very helpful driver that helped assist with my parents who both have some mobility issues.
