GREAT STAFF-GREAT HOTEL

by 50BLB

We went for a 2 day get away and chose Ephrata area as we never traveled there before-we usually go to the other side of Lancaster county. The town was charming and the hotel was great. The whole staff from the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast area were friendly and welcoming. The managers couldn't have been more accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and so were the beds. Our only negative is the desk that is in the King Suite room.....it comes out in the middle of the room below the end of the bed. We hope Hampton will see it as an obstruction in the room and that it takes away from the space you have. We may just go with a Queen room the next time we go up. AND we are looking forward to return visits! The city view is amazingl and so were the people!

Yippee we found the Hotel

by P11911

Hotel was clean, friendly and helpful with directions. The breakfast was above the usual with a good variety. The entrance was not on the main street but at the back of the hotel on a side street, that was confusing .
Still waiting for the receipt so you may want a hard copy before you leave.
