Outdated, Bed Old Mushy, Towels Hard.

by Knightsrock1

Outdated, Bed worst ever too soft felt like a deflated pool float. TV dated LG, went out twice. Lighting out in entry and bedside. Called maintenance but tv went out again the next day. Towels hard and scratchy. Neutrogena products are usually fine, however very expired smelt like dirty socks. There was a cheerleader meet, way too many rude and loud children. Pool and eating area was so over crowded and loud, had to wait until about 930am for to grab breakfast and them to leave for some peace and fast enjoyment. In my opinion kids should stay at a motel and eat out. Hilton members pay for great service and modern convenieces, not for overbooked disneyland environment.
Give a 9 for staff, who were pleasant and tried too be accommodating. Not their fault management and corporation are Not paying attention.
Sadly it's all about the buck I suppose, and them and members get the shaft.

Good location and value for money.

Everything about this place was good. Price, rooms, breakfast etc. But we were disappointed when the management couldn't trace a personal item we had left behind. This kind of soured our experience. There should be a process in place with regards to items left behind by mistake.
