Reviews

Good location but otherwise fair

by John E

For a relatively new property, this Hampton Inn was somewhat disappointing. Bathroom is poorly designed and the sliding door for the hanging closet also serves as the bathroom door. Sink is badly designed with a too short faucet spout that allows water to run all over the counter top. Breakfast selections were very limited. For the price, this location is a poor value.

Do not book this hotel through a third party

by rschell1970

Do not book this hotel through a third party for a football weekend. Despite calling in advance and confirming the rooms directly with the hotel and offering to prepay on October 1, two weeks before our stay the hotel canceled our room without warning or notification. To make matters worse, I have been trying for over 5 days to have the person from the hotel that I was told was responsible for the cancellation (the sales manager named Ashley) to return a phone call only to be told she is not available, on a conference call or would call me back shortly. Furthermore, an email to whom I was told was the regional manager for the management company has also been ignored. Total ripoff.
