mediocre stay

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed groaned whenever you moved, my weight 150 lbs, it was also uncomfortable. We used the laundry facilities, washer had so much soap residue, never again.
The complimentary breakfast not worth going to, so not high on my list of reccomendations

Almost missed our flight and it was a joke to the front desk employee.

My husband is a heart transplant patient and from the moment of arrival, this was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes waiting for anyone to check us in. Turns out, the employee was at a private party singing karaoke. Then the luggage carts were so old and out of order that the tires were dry rotted. Myhusband and son had to get our luggage to the 2nd floor. Very heavy and lots of it as we were flying out for a family emergency the following morning. My hubby was very sick and very pale after this. We went to soak in the hot tub before bed but it was colder than the pool. Also kids from a private party, that werent even hotel guests were cannonballing into the hot tub. We were getting splashed and stepped on. Upon going upstairs to bed and awaiting our 3:30 am wake up call....we were woken twice at the wrong times. We could not get back to sleep after the second error. Our day started at 2 am. Upon checking out, I spent 15 minutes arguing with the front desk grl as her price did not match the Hilton receipt emailed to me from when I booked online. Then they did not listen to us at all upon checking in and they set up for the wrong size cab to take us to the airport. 3 people and 6 suitcases were met by a very small hybrid car. They had to send for a van. Upon getting the correct cab, we were late reaching the airport. Instead of 4:30 arrival, we arrived at 5:25....giving us 5 minutes to check our luggage and run through security and to our gate to board. My hubby was very sick for first 3 days of our trip and our son had a very difficult day due to lack of sleep. This was the worst experience and we brought it to 3 peoples attention....no apology at all. Did not care. Hiltons Guarantee is a sham! Hard to believe that I used partial points as a reward for this garbage.
