Reviews

Very nice and clean hotel

by Flier888

This is a fairly new hotel with easy access from I-10. The hotel was clean and neat. Personnel were friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. The fitness center has 3 treadmills, 2 bicycles, one ellipsis machine, good selection of free weights, towels and water. The rooms were clean and in good order. The only downside was the choice of bread spread/comforter - it was an all-in-one deal which was uncomfortable to use and the material was rough. Overall, though can recommend this hotel.

Don't stay in here - EVER

by ExHiltonfan

From check-in to check-out, staff were totally uncaring about any issue from room access, AC problems, maintenance issues, and food quality. Apparently, management thought it was good scheduling to have workers installing new tile in front of the elevators during the time when people were trying to check-in and out of the rooms. Elderly and disabled people were being asked to use the stairs! Unbelievable!
