TripAdvisor Rating

The Hampton Inn offers some of the most affordable lodging right on the beach and close to the action. Kids can splash in the pool while mom and dad find refreshments at the tiki bar.

The rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves for quickie meals, or head downstairs for free hot breakfast. The dining room has high chairs, and cribs are also available. Several family restaurants are within walking distance. A coin laundry and onsite convenience store make it extra family-friendly.

I love this hotel! While the location is fantastic, it is the staff that keeps me coming back. They are kind, fun, friendly, and knowledgeable. Specifically, I want to call our Carole and RJ at the front desk in the evenings when I would come in from work. They always made me feel sincerely welcomed and appreciated and as a hardened road warrior that is quite an accomplishment in the service industry. This year I have switched from being a die-hard titanium elite Marriott patron to the Hilton brand (I’ll be diamond by the end of the year) and it is hands down due to my service experience at both this Hampton on Jax Beach and the Embassy Suites in Deerwood that is convincing me to switch brands permanently. Thank you Carole and thank you Karen Howell at the Embassy. You both represent the best that Hilton has to offer their clients in terms of customer service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety and was very tasty. I have stayed here previously and will definitely come back. The bed was extremely comfortable, the only challenge was parking and even that wasn't too terrible, just a little inconvenient as we had to park in a lot across the street.
