When I first arrived and attempted to pay for my room, I was told it had already been paid for and that I just needed to pay the deposit to cover incidentals. I said I didn't think I had but was assured that I had indeed paid already. I asked again when I checked out and was assured that it was already paid for. When I got home, I had a voicemail saying to call the manager A. at the location I stayed at in order to give them my card number so the account could be settled. When I asked what wasn't settled, she said that only the incidentals had been paid for and that I still owed the price of the room. Exactly the opposite of what the front desk told me no less than twice after I explicitly asked them about it. I relayed this to A. and she said there was nothing she could do, she had already run the charge through on the card they had on file for me before I called her back.

Very good staff and breakfast. The dinner offerings are a good value along with the clean rooms. Staff is always friendly and accommodating to guests. I travel to this hotel often for business and I continue to come back.
