Our family stayed here on our way to visit Potsdam. The place was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Fluffy towels, nice toiletries & coffee/tea available anytime. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was great and someone cleaned the snow offf of customers cars!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It had updated decor, small pool, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast with lots of choices. It is very close to most of the major shopping areas of town. The towels were very fluffy and the bed was very comfortable. As someone travelling with celiac disease, even the breakfast didn't disappoint. There were plenty of fresh fruit options, eggs, bacon, and even fresh smoothies! ( I travel prepared, so I made up my own instant oatmeal as a supplement to keep me full)
