This is a picturesque and well run resort just outside central Banff up Tunnel Mountain Road. The apartment was large with a log fire (both wood and kindling provided) and a good size balcony. It was warm when we were there so we didn’t make use of the hot tubs but they looked inviting. Next time.
This review is only for the Premier King Suite with Hot Tub. My husband and I have stayed in one of their less expensive units and were disappointed.
This suite is the nicest "honeymoon suites" we have ever stayed in! A big private hot tub overlooking the mountains.... romantic beyond words! Definitely worth the splurge! But still cheaper than the popular Fairmont.
The suite is not perfect! The heating and cooling system is awful, the suite could use an update, it is close to the busy outdoor hot tub area so it can be noisy and the hot tub needs to be upgraded.... but that view with private hot tub just for you and your honey makes everything better!
Try it at least once if you can afford it.
