This is our favorite hotel in Hawaii and we wouldn't stay any place else in Hilo! The view of the Cocoanut Island and Hilo from the Lanai are just beautiful; not to mention the clouds rolling in every evening. The rooms and service are excellent both in the hotel and the restaurant. It's convenient to everything in Hilo.
Traveling with our grandson! Easy check- in. Was a little worried about the parking, but everything was fine.
Room was clean!
My only complaint was that the pool closed at 7 pm. We wanted to see the beautiful sights until dark and then come back and swim, and our grandson was so disappointed. Otherwise a great stay!
