The JadeWaters complex includes a pool, beach-entry family pool lazy river, cabanas and splash zone with two 180-foot slides, as well as a swim-up bar. The leisure pool will be open all year, while the full complex will opens in the summers. You are only five minutes from the area’s Uptown and Downtown neighborhoods, restaurants and museums.

Giant hotel, standard Hilton quality- and a note for swimmers

by SeattleReebs

I was at this hotel for three nights for a conference. The hotel is GIANT. So expect a bit of walking. My room was clean and comfortable, what you'd expect from a Hilton brand hotel. Enough space to spread out. Refrigerator is a nice touch (though no microwave).

The set up of the hotel is two large atrium and then a tower. I was facing the atrium that has the dinner restaurant and bar. There were times that I was able to hear the noise from the bar. Especially during a football game.

Note to swimmers, the hotel has three pools. A typical indoor hotel sized pool with a hot tub. Good for the kids to splash in, not good for laps. A 25 m indoor pool in the recreation center. This has an additional charge of $16 a day! I thought about asking for them to comp the fee, but instead swam in the third pool. An outdoor swim-up bar. Since I was there in the winter I was able to swim laps past the bar (which was closed). I estimate the longest straight line was about 22 yards, so not bad for laps. In the summer there is a fourth swim area, a full on play park with slides and a lazy river.

Great stay will return soon with my entire family. The service was exceptional. The hotel and Atrium was beautiful. I enjoyed the Asian and Buddha theme. The theme was relaxing. When I visit Dallas I will choose to stay here.
