Conference hotel swank and excellent

by jgabe2019

Staff was very professional and helpful. Every detail was taken care of, quickly and efficiently. Communication is excellent. A bit pricey, but for a business conference, it was a fine experience. The views from the lobbies and rooms are fantastic.

Wonderful stay for business

by 833gracet

Loved my stay at this hotel. Beautiful room and views of the surrounding area. Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed my stay for a conference. The layout was extremely impressive and in-room amenities were great to have as many power/USB outlets as well as lighting and seating arrangements. Wish I could have stayed longer actually!

Sent in feedback though on the air control in the room; it was pretty cold (66 degrees) and their air was blowing, not to mention the fan was a bit loud for me. I was *FREEZING* when I arrived to 32 degree whether in Cleveland, so the added touch of having a 70 degree room at the very least would have been extraordinary.
