Great attentive check-in staff

Thank you to Ms. Jerusha, at check-in, even having not booked under the group code for the conference I was attending, she upgraded my room so I would still be within the same tower. The room not only had a pool view, but had a beautiful ocean view.

Opened the balcony sliding door and listened to the waves all night!

Great location, wonderful staff. Kudos to Jerusha, the short and spunky front desk hostess who cheerfully and efficiently handled our registration. We upgraded to an oceanfront room, and the off-season price was quite reasonable for the quality of the facility and it’s ideal location. I’m a professional artist, and I really appreciated the quality of the in-room wall art, which featured historical scenes from this location’s storied past. But most off all, I enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the waves.
