I’d expect more

I’m in the middle of a 10 night stay for work. When I arrived my bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There was hair all over the floor and urine in the toilet and I got here past 10 PM. My tv didn’t work for the first week of my trip. The housekeeping keeps moving my belongings around and today I noticed after a shower I had only 1 towel and my husband had already showered. I called down and the lady told me she’d bring them at 8:30! I would just expect more from A Hilton garden in.
The location is okay the food was okay but I won’t stay here again.

Great hotel in a location with a large assortment of restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. Extremely convenient fur meals and entertainment, and close to Reagan Airport. Hotel and rooms were very clean, well maintained, and staff was super nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
