We have stayed here several times now and have never been disappointed. Every staff member with whom we had contact was very friendly and helpful. We received great recommendations for places to eat. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The brunch was also quite good and again the staff could not have been nicer. This hotel is much less expensive than those in South Bend or Mishawaka and it is only a short drive to campus. I would certainly recommend the Garden Inn for those travelling from the east for a ND game. The only complaint I have is with the wi-fi which is a complaint I have at every Hilton property as I have to log in repeatedly to get the complementary wi-fi. A minor problem but frustrating nonetheless.

Great hotel. Clean and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and adequate. Customer service is terrible. I don't expect a lot when I check in but it shouldn't be like pulling teeth to get information. I am even a Hilton Honors Diamond member and I didn't even get acknowledged for that. There was no explanation of the hotel or the ticket for breakfast in my keys. No explanation of my room location or of the hotel amenities other than the location of the bar, which I could see from where I stood. If it hadn't been for the customer service I would have rated this location much higher.
