The check in process was a nightmare and the staff were not prepared for rush hour and to work with professional staff attending a small conference. I have been to hotels hosting conference more than 4 times the size of this one, and they were ready. Besides being unorganized and sending people to the side and forgetting them when they wouldn't know how to process certain things, previous transactions and documents would get lost. For example, I presented the corporate card twice, and no proof of it ever happening. I had called earlier during the day to make sure everything was ok, and it was not. I presented my tax exempt form 3 times, and still during check out the taxes were in the receipt. If I wouldn't have kept a copy wih me, I would've had trouble cause they lost the forms.
Adjacent to 2 good restaurants, and a couple of blocks away from several more, it’s highway access also makes this a good launching point for business activity in the area.
Be sure to use the cook-to-order breakfast, easy to be Keto here if you do.
