Perfect Place to Stay to see all of Ithaca

by wendy b

This hotel is centrally located, clean, has really nice extras and the staff is outstanding. On a recent trip to Ithaca, I had booked a room through a travel site and when I arrived at the hotel there had been a mix-up and my room had been cancelled by the travel site. Kaitlyn & Regine, the front desk staff, found me a room, in the sold out hotel, spoke to the travel site which ensured me a full refund. They went above and beyond. They were also helpful, friendly and offered a variety of suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Since it was parent weekend, many of the restaurants where booked, we landed up eating at Kilpatrick's the restaurant in the Hotel. The food was delicious, try the flatbread, and our server Marah, who also serves breakfast, was efficient, helpful and lovely. Overall our experience at this hotel was outstanding, making our trip to Ithaca a wonderful event!

Clean and centrally located

Nice, clean hotel in central Ithaca. Conveniently located close to the Cornell campus, shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the stay. There is a Starbucks in the same building and a restaurant (Kilpatrick’s), which was quite good!
