Reviews

Not worthy of the Hilton brand

I typically don't leave reviews unless something was really good or really bad about my experience. Unfortunately this stay was a bad one. When I tried to check in, there were three other people standing near the desk whose reservations had been messed up, and mine had, too. The hotel had been overbooked and they couldn't give me the room that I had reserved. Even though there were three of us sharing a room, I took a single king bed (after standing at the desk for 20 minutes) just so we would have somewhere to stay. It took three additional requests (all with heavy sighs and eye rolls from the desk attendant) to get a roller bed delivered to the room, which didn't arrive until almost 11pm. The door to the room looked like it had recently been kicked in - the handle was only loosely attached, a big patch of paint was missing where a lock had been, and the wood was split with a large crack by the handle. The carpet was stained, and the shower door was loose (both the hinge and the handle). Our last night there (Saturday), there was some kind of huge party downstairs, and even though we were on one of the upper floors, the bass was so loud, the beds were shaking. We only used valet parking for the first night since we arrived late, but when we checked out they tried charging us for three nights - even though we had a printed confirmation sheet from the valet service billing us for one. Overall, an experience that I would expect from a discount chain for a third of the price. Would not recommend and will not stay here again.

Friendly and inept

Well ... no really healthy selections on room service menu. And if they were on menu, they didn't have it. Room service came - no cutlery, no glass, no salt, pepper ... just a plate.

I ordered room service because I saw only 2 people on street in an hour's time.

Room was moldy and circa turn of century.

I am wondering if Hilton is about to sell it. Mike Rose is doing flips in his grave!
