Ummmmm....

by Aaron B

Now I'm going to say this, I am the kind of person to give a place a chance. But Dear Lord! The whole stay was a little disappointing, we arrived in the evening the parking lot was shut down for sema fine ok, but the parking garage is such a pain to get to. Secondly we walked in and there are 4 people behind the counter not one looked up from their screens until we were in front of them and they just stared and asked checking in? No hi, no hey, no how are you? Not even a smile. Then she proceeds to tell me all these fees the hilton has I'm a rewards member and I told her and she didnt even care and ignored me. Then she said parking is over in the garage and I said how done get around the construction and the police and the cars everywhere and she gave me this long worn out directions. So we drove around for 10mins trying to find the entrance. Once we did they dont tell you you gotta cart all your luggage from the garage to your room I wasnt even offered bell service lol. Anyways we get up to the room and it's hot! I turn on the ac and barely feel anything. We had to sweat all night. The next day we went out and about and came back to the room hot again so I contacted the desk and they sent a engineer now he tested the ac and said everything was ok I'm like u have to turn the thermostat down to 60 for it to work? He said you can adjust it.... ummmm? Then he left. We literally ubered all over town because of how crappy the parking was and how inconvenient it is to go back and forth to your car. I will probably never stay here again.

Hotel was in the right spot for me. Easy walking to the SEMA show at the Convention Center as well as next to one of the monorail stops. Easy to hop on an hit the strip. Easy to get anUuber as well to go anywhere, to and from airport was easy with Uber.
