The impressive atrium lobby with its mahogany grand staircase sets the tone at this AAA 4-Diamond luxury hotel, where each of the 330 rooms is a suite. All accommodations have two HD, flat-screen cable TVs (with both complementary HBO and pay-per-view movies), a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. High-speed, wireless Internet is available, as is a fitness center, indoor lap pool and whirlpool, and four restaurants. You’ll also find a car-rental desk in the lobby, as well as an ATM. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is right next door.

Marita in the Hotel Rest, was amazing friendly and very attentive to our needs.
Also Patricia was very helpful.
Everyone of the staff inc the maintenance man deserves an Awesome Review.
WHAT A GREAT STAFF!!!
Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel!
There for a conference and they excelled but you did pay the price. Ask for outside view on upper floor since the open atrium is noisy with live music in the bar area. Parking is expensive at $42 per day self park.
