Upon our arrival at the Mesa Hilton we were greeted with some what lazy attitude from our host. We had asked for two rooms side by side and she assured me that is what we are getting. I was traveling with my two boy's to the race weekend at IMS and wanted them close for Safety. The rooms where across and slightly down the hall from each other.
First morning showers were almost cold! The breakfast buffet almost cold eggs, french toast, lukewarm sausage Ect...
Voiced our concern for some hot water in the hotel rooms only to have ice water showers the next day. I was not a happy camper .
we were promised a credit back to my honers account but have heard not a word.

This hotel was very nice, rooms were great. Bed was okay. Restaurant was very good, just pricey. There is a bar and it seemed like all that were using it enjoyed it. The hotel helped our group by having a buffet for our breakfast.
